Pulling Trees to Feed a Brush Fire
Foreign Hey it's Brock here with Rock Hill Farms And today I'm going to run a bunch of Equipment and burn stuff so if that Sounds like fun to you stick around and We'll have a good time Now the first thing I need to do before I start rounding up brush or light the Fire is clean up this burn pile I like to dig a hole you know six foot Deep 12 15 foot diameter and just burned In there and it helps keep the fire Contained but right now this burn pit is Not really usable there's a bunch of Material in there from the last fire That didn't get burned there's some tree Stumps with a bunch of dirt on them and Then there's so much piled around the Outside I can only access it from over Here so really I need to Dig this brush out here that didn't burn Get it put back on the pile I need to Dig down into this with some pallet Forks and see if I can disturb it and And get to some more of that material That can still be burned and then I need To clear out part of the dirt from Around the perimeter of this so I can Actually get good access to load the Fire but that's enough talking let's get The tractor and the skid loader and get Something done [Music] Thank you
[Music] [Music] [Music] Hahaha Foreign [Music] [Music] It's been over two weeks since the last Time I burned out here I think it's Probably rained four or five times and You saw what I just did to shuffle that Up We don't just have smoke we actually Have flame coming off of this wet wood That's been rained on that many times It's amazing how long a fire will keep Smoldering and burning under Ash now That we've got that kind of reshuffled I Need to clear all this excess dirt out Of here take it down to the corner where I'm filling and then I'll be able to Access the fire from this side then We'll start really building this thing Up [Music] Thank you It actually took off Thank you [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] Thank you [Music]
Cute [Music] [Music] So I have not done anything to try to Light this fire it's actually just taken Off on its own which is fantastic but It's still taking off kind of up high on That side I'm gonna see if I can get it to burn Down underneath this side then we'll put A little diesel on it [Music] Thank you Thank you [Music] [Applause] I just went in and got a sandwich and I Took a call Actually Took a call about something I'm ordering That I'm pretty excited about She'll be seen here on the channel But took a break for about 30 minutes Come back out And the smoke is following me good gosh Pick a better spot to narrate YouTube Guy But it's actually the fire really taking Off now I have no concern about it going Out so I can just pile it on now I think I might get the tree puller and come up In here and pull a bunch of these out And just throw the whole I mean saplings Little stuff and just throw the whole
